	How to Place An Order Credit Card orders: If you would like to place an order via credit card, please use the shopping cart links provided in our catalog. The shopping cart is provided by CCNOW who is our authorized on-line retailer. The shopping cart will transfer you to their secure site to finalize your transaction and input your credit card information. CCNOW is the name that will appear on your credit card statement. COD orders: Please follow the process below to submit your order. All COD orders must be paid with a money order or cashier’s check. Cash or personal check will not be accepted. Fill out the form below making sure to include correct e-mail address. Press submit button to send the order to us. We will contact you via e-mail with your total charges and expected delivery date so that you can confirm your order and prepare your money order. Note: Florida residents will be charged 6% sales tax.

Return Policy
All products can be returned or exchanged in resalable condition within 30 days of their outbound shipment from us. For your protection, all products are shipped insured. If a product is damaged during shipment, please let us know. If your shipment was sent Fedex or UPS, please contact them directly to file your claim.

Shipping Information
Orders are shipped within 2 working days of your order. Credit Card orders are generally shipped US Mail and usually arrive in under a week in the US. Fedex 1 & 2 day delivery are available at an additional charge. (See Catalog) Allow 4-6 weeks for international delivery except Canada which takes 4-7 days. Contact us via email if you need expedited international delivery. (Expedited is 5-8 days via parcel post air.) We can get a shipping quote and set up a button for you to purchase these services.

COD orders are shipped via Federal Express. Costs for shipping and shipping times are indicated on the order form.

Back Orders
We try to keep the site updated to reflect only available items. However, if a product is currently unavailable, you will notified so that adjustments to your order can be made.

International Orders
For international orders, please place your order via credit card using the shopping cart provided. Do NOT order our products if they are illegal in your country. Allow 4-6 weeks for international delivery. Note: shipping to Canada takes 4-7 days. (See above if you need expedited delivery.) We are not currently set up to send International COD orders.
